Help with daily admin tasks!
We are looking for a person capable of helping us with various tasks around the office.
The goal is to lighten the workload of our bookkeeper and human resources manager. The tasks and scope of the job might vary depending on the candidate.
The job will begin as a part-time commitment, but the number of hours and final schedule will be established depending on the candidate’s capabilities and availability.
The contract duration is from mid-April to mid-Octobre
Tasks and Responsibilities
Daily cash count and balancing of safe
Weekly trips to the bank for making cash deposits and collecting change
Inputting data using Quickbooks Online
Inputting data for payroll processing using Payworks
Helping with schedule preparation and scheduling conflict resolution
Have a valid drivers’ license and access to your own vehicle
Be detail oriented, focused and organized
Be comfortable and independent while working at a computer and using online platforms
Have a clear background check and good references
